Program Outreach & Partnership Development
FPPS connects California Community Colleges with energy utilities, state agencies, and program partners to advance energy efficiency, sustainability, and funding opportunities across the CCC system. We provide strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination that help districts stay informed, connected, and ready to act on opportunities that reduce costs and support long-term planning.
Deliverables:
Targeted outreach to district facilities officers, Chief Business Officers, and sustainability staff statewide
Facilitation of introductions and ongoing dialogue between program partners and college district stakeholders
Program communication and coordination through the Energy Resource & Sustainability Partnership website and newsletter
