Analyze trends in usage (kWh), demand (kW), time of use (TOU), and annual energy use intensity (kWh/GSF)
Identify opportunities to reduce electricity costs, including but not limited to:
- Direct Access contract renegotiation
- Comparative cost analysis with alternative energy providers
- Operational and energy‑saving strategies such as adjusting schedules to avoid peak periods, evaluating demand response participation, and exploring onsite generation or storage
Developing a comprehensive Final Report summarizing findings, cost drivers, and recommended actions
