FPPS provides full management of ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager accounts, utility and meter data reconciliation, and annual CCCCO FUSION reporting to keep districts compliant with AB 802 and California Energy Commission (CEC) requirements. Our benchmarking services give districts accurate, validated energy data that supports planning, reporting, and long‑term sustainability goals.
Deliverables:
Full ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager setup, management, and annual review
Utility bill entry, meter verification, and reconciliation of electricity, gas, and solar generation data
Submission of required benchmarking reports to the California Energy Commission
Completion of the annual CCCCO Energy Usage Calculator and reporting in FUSION
Maintaining compliance documentation, audit trails, and providing staff training for long‑term continuity
