FPPS has partnered with California Community Colleges and universities for over 20 years to provide expert support in facilities planning, capital outlay, sustainability, and operational management. Our work spans statewide partnerships, including the Energy Resource and Sustainability Partnership (ERSP), and district-specific projects that deliver actionable strategies and tools for planning, compliance, and operational efficiency.​
